# Cos’è un progetto

KRINO realizza tutte le proprie attività sotto forma di progetti, ciascuno dei quali è articolato in diverse **fasi**, a cui corrispondono singole attività (**task**) di varia natura e complessità. 

Lo scopo di tale struttura è di favorire un bilanciamento interno tra **responsabilità collettiva e individuale**, e un **equilibrio delle “competenze”**. 

Garantisce inoltre che la partecipazione sia continuativa e che ciascuna attività sia portata a termine con un **impegno sostenibile** in termini di tempo e fatica. Ciascun\* soci\* è così in grado di prendere in gestione una parte del processo e di impegnarsi nel suo completamento, a prescindere dalla propria esperienza sull’argomento trattato.
