# Progetto KRINO L’associazione prevede un\* Presidente, un\* Vice-presidente ed un Consiglio direttivo. Restando nella metafora del progetto, Presidente e Vice-presidente sono l\* referenti del progetto annuale “KRINO”, con un ruolo principalmente di **coordinamento** e **monitoraggio** in relazione agli obiettivi stabiliti dall’assemblea de\* soc\* per quell’anno. Il Consiglio direttivo rappresenta, invece, il team di progetto che, sulla base anche di specifiche deleghe, è responsabile dello svolgimento di alcune attività decise collettivamente (es. gestione del conto in banca, gestione dell’ingresso di nuov\* soc\*).
